Impact Europe CIC raises funds for registered charities through regulated society lotteries — placing tickets in local shops to drive footfall, support causes and bring communities together.
The Impact Model
The Process
A straightforward model that creates value at every step — from charity partnership through to funds distribution.
Step 01
We partner with a charity
We identify and formally partner with a registered charity. They are named on all lottery materials and receive a clear, agreed share of every ticket sold.
Step 02
Local shops host the lottery
We approach local businesses who agree to display and sell regulated lottery tickets on their premises. No cost, no admin burden for the shop.
Step 03
The community participates
Customers buy tickets in-store, knowing proceeds support a named charity. Participation is voluntary, transparent and fully regulated.
Step 04
Funds are distributed
Proceeds are collected, recorded and distributed to the partner charity in full compliance with our licence conditions and licensing authority.
Who Benefits
Every stakeholder gains something of real value. This is structured community benefit — not charity in the traditional sense.
Local Shops
Hosting our lottery draws customers through your door. Shoppers who come in to buy a ticket browse and buy. You gain footfall at no cost and become a visible supporter of local charitable causes — building trust and loyalty with your community.
Charity Partners
You receive a clear, guaranteed share of proceeds from every ticket sold. No fundraising infrastructure to build, no volunteers to organise, no events to run. We do the work. You receive the funds and the visibility of being named on every ticket.
The Community
Local shops stay active and supported. Charities receive sustainable, recurring income. Residents have a simple, accessible way to contribute to causes they care about — while doing their everyday shopping. The whole community is stronger for it.
About Us
Impact Europe CIC is a Community Interest Company operating across the United Kingdom. We exist to raise funds for charitable causes while strengthening the local communities in which we operate.
We are not a traditional business. Every element of our operation is structured to deliver community benefit — and we are accountable to that purpose by law. Profits cannot be freely distributed to shareholders; they are reinvested for community good.
By placing regulated lottery tickets in local shops, we create a simple, transparent fundraising model that benefits charities, local businesses and communities in equal measure.
What Is a Community Interest Company?
A Community Interest Company (CIC) is a special type of limited company created for those who want to conduct a business or other activity for community benefit, rather than private advantage.
CICs are regulated by the CIC Regulator and must satisfy a community interest test — demonstrating that their activities genuinely serve the wider public good.
This structure makes us fundamentally different from a standard for-profit company. Our accountability is not to investors — it is to the communities we serve.
Regulation & Compliance
All lottery activity is fully licensed under the Gambling Act 2005. We operate as a non-commercial society lottery and are regulated by our licensing authority.
